"I love Chipotle and have been a regular for years. That said, I went to this location last night and it was the wooorst dining experience ever. Line was long when we went in, no big deal I thought, it usually moves. Not last night, nightmare customers ordering for 6 people at one time. That’s besides the point, we order our food. They’re out of guacamole and chips. Not a good sign, but it happens I guess. I mean, it’s not exactly 10 at night, it’s 6:30. Anyway, sit down to eat, both of us are starving. Dig in, take one bite and almost spit it out. Rice is undercooked and damn near raw in spots. The chicken is burned and tastes like pure char. Let’s talk setting, garbage overflowing, no ice working, tables covered in everyone mess. Shut this place down! I never ever complain, sent a complaint to chipotle corporate and would’ve complained in store. But, the line was huge and didn’t want to be “that guy”. But, I should’ve warned others on the way out. Stay far away from this place. Desperately needs management."
"I don't usually write food reviews, but I was blown away by how bad this location is. Skimped on everything, except quac and sour cream. All the guac was in on place. Poorly rolled. Just a falling apart ball of mush. They were also out of several ingredients. Pretty disappointing -- go to a different chipotle."
"I ordered just a large chip and queso on the app and got a small queso in a large cup. I don’t understand why sometimes they fill the cup up and sometimes they don’t. If it was a couple of dollars, I wouldn’t care but the fact that I paid $8.56 for barely anything really bothers me."
