"We love the food here. Miss the large selection of British foods for sale, though. This place would do well with a little remodel to make it look more like an authentic British pub. The atmosphere is kind of bland, but it's very clean, which is so important to me. Took my friend there, it was her first time at Lil Britain. She loved the food and will also definitely be back."
"Wife and I stopped in when in town and we were extremely excited to try this place. Excellent food here. You should definitely try the fish and chips, but also the steak and kidney pie and mushy peas! Cute decor abound in the restaurant as well. Nice ode to England."
"Yum!!! It's like they transplanted a chip shop from the UK and put it in VT. Fish covered in a thin crispy batter with hand cut fries, and I had the mushy peas. Got a sausage roll to go as well."
"A small unassuming place with a very nice staff. We loved all the food we got. Eating in was better than their take-out (which was the only way we'd had this before... during COVID they were carry out only). Fresh and crisp. Great Fish and Chips."
"The cleanest friendly place I have been in a long while. The food was absolutely delicious. It’s been years since I have had decent Fish and chips. And this place was so delightful. Bathroom was immaculate. Floor, tables and chairs were so clean. I’m so impressed. We will definitely be back."
