"Tryed calling and calling and calling beacuse when I order they fill the cup to the top with ice and I needed something else, but since door dash don’t have the option to do instructions I tryed calling it rang for over 30 min and I know they weren’t busy cuz the dasher told me so I would give zero stars will not be ordering no more thanks for ruining my night"

"On Dec 17 well rather the 16 between the location And the mobile app they have basically Stolen $38. One they being the store admitted to changing their own hours and not updating corporate or Google. So the app let me place and order thinking they are open until 2am. Wrong. Then the next morning it says my order would be done by 10:15 to be delivered and the first door dash person went, it wasn't done they picked up someone else fast and delivered it. Went to try again got fed up transferred it to a new driver. Then that seemed to add another 15+ mins so I went to call the driver to ask what was going on. Suddenly w/o warning my order that was PAID for had been cancelled. I called took me over a day to find a way to get Anyone to even get a hold of finally did was told by door dash people they would refund it. It would take 7 business days to get it back.. still haven't seen it. Talked finally to the mobile app people was told that I have to call door dash again they don't do refunds even though it's their fault. Also was given the run around via email"

"Walked inside to place an order, even with employees at the counter I was forced to use the ordering machine. Tried to add items to my sandwich and the machine wouldn’t let me so when I spoke to the manager about this issue and asked if she could just take my order at the counter she refused. The manager was extremely rude and told me to leave her store! Will never return due to the poor conduct of this manager and the way the store is being managed!"

"So fast food is what it is. But the staff seemed inexperienced. The food took a bit longer than it probably should have, and while I was there I saw them correct 2 other orders that had gone out before we got there. Then on top of that the cashier/manager? (She was taking the orders and ringing out people but she was also handling the problems) complained to another customer about her kitchen staff using racist terms. ("These Mexicans are useless" or words to that effect. But she was very clear about saying they were Mexican in a perjorative way.)"

"Slow service. Bad food quality. Bad hygiene practices. Cashier counted money and proceeded to handle food gloveless. Cookies expiration date was shown from 2 weeks prior. Staff needs help."
