Happier Valley Comedy, located at 1 Mill Valley Road in Hadley, Massachusetts, is a nonprofit organization dedicated to spreading joy and laughter through the art of comedy. Our commitment to inclusivity and diversity is reflected in our mission to benefit underserved and BIPOC communities. We offer free shows and professional development events for qualifying nonprofits, as well as gift certificates for those looking to share the gift of happiness with friends and family. As a 501(c)3 organization, Happier Valley Comedy is proud to have received a Gateway Grant from The Massachusetts Cultural Council. Our beautiful logo and banner were created by the talented Julie Waggoner of Mica Blue Creative. Join us in spreading laughter and positivity in the community!

"I love to see high quality and variety of Improv shows every Saturday night. And free "After-Shows" in the very new bar next door. There's also free Friday night fun with regular events like open-mic story telling. But the big secret is that there is a rich and comforting school of improv here as well with beginner and advanced classes, a community of kind people, so adults can have fun, be silly, and even be occasionally serious. I've never been disappointed with a show or a class - or even the low ticket price. No experience necessary? Sign me up!"

Their comedy shows are consistently hilarious, their classes are fun and empowering, their teachers are warm and inviting, and they are committed to being a business with a conscience. Oh! And now they've opened the Next Door Lounge (you guessed it, right next door!) where they offer FREE fun every Friday night. Game nights, trivia nights, stand up comedy with no cover charge! What?! "I have taken three Improv classes at Happier Valley Comedy and found them to be a great way to get out and have fun while learning and growing as a person. The lessons I've learned have been just as valuable outside of class as in (maybe even more so)! If you'd like to feel like you could jump into the unknown and land on your feet, then jump into Improv class here."
