She was angry about the way I settled the final bill with a painting company she had recommended. Her boyfriend works for this painter and the company did not uphold their contract. She got in my face and drilled me with questions about a situation that was none of her business then told me she would not cut my hair. I was shocked and appalled at how she was talking to me. I left Procuts feeling bullied and discriminated against. The next day I lodged a formal complaint against Marissa."

"asked for a trim but guess the hairdresser had other ideas for my hair. she gave me this failed experiment of a “shag.” just said i liked it so i wouldn’t have caused a scene. that MIDDLE AGED woman (which i didn’t even bother to remember her name. she has short black hair.) was laughing at me when she was done as if she didn’t just put her unsuccessful career on my head— not to mention the first i walked in she was giving me this disgusted side eye. i saw you, overdue for a retirement home, stop trying to beef with college students. i didnt choose to go here, it was my father who brought me, that fool tipped her too because he has no idea about women hair and just assumes everything looks good. but i knew she was gonna fail the moment i saw this lady’s busted pixie cut. thankfully my mother set up an appointment ELSEWHERE to fix my hair. this place needs to be SHUT DOWN."

"Yesterday, I decided I needed to get a little trim. This is my first time trying this place out and will also be my last. I was upset by how my haircut turned out and when I asked for a refund, they locked me in and beat me up until I was on the floor. I was so beaten up I couldn’t move. That’s when this blue haired boy came over to me. He sat me up and I noticed there was something in his hand. He then reaches over the top of my head with the objects he had in his hand. I hear him yell, “ LET IT RIP!” Suddenly, I feel something fall and roll around on my head. Turns out, he was playing with a beyblade and was using my head/hair as a beystadium (arena for beyblades). Never returning to this place."
