"My hair was so damaged. I was so depressed about it. The hairdresser not only gave me great education on what the problem is but also a solution. She gave me a great cut being able to remove majority of the damaged hair and gave me a water based hair mask that I was able to leave in for more than a day and the benefit is remarkable. My hair is just about back to life. We have a great treatment plan and I'll be back. I am really looking forward to keeping a good relationship with this salon. The cost is so reasonable. The hair mask, wash and cut was under 100.00. I love it here. Definitely come here! They do not make appointments which is great for me because it avoids late fees and deposits. This is a star in this community."

"Flor and her team are amazing! When I first started coming in weekly for a wash and set, my hair was in rough shape. They got it growing and healthy, down my back. Flor is incredible at braidless sew in tracks that don’t damage your hair and allow it to keep growing in healthy and strong! They also have an amazing line of products to use in the salon or at home. So worth it!"

"I have been coming to this salon for 10+ years and have never had any issues with service and always felt satisfied . Unfortunately that changed this morning & I am highly disappointed in this establishment after the experience I had today. I walked into the salon & behind me walked in a women that I HAVE AN ACTIVE restraining order against with her son. There were 2 stylist already in the salon already & no customers in the front. I was greeted by one of them and asked which service I needed, I explain to the woman that I needed a quick wash and blow dry because I am getting faux locs in an hour and asked if this doable. She said yes because there was only 1 customer in the back of the salon washing her hair . As I waited in the back for the stylist to begin my wash I was approached by the same stylist again, asking if I knew the woman that walked in behind me. I said yes, and she said that the woman explain to her that I have an active restraining order against her & that she works here at this salon now & that they have another salon I can go too to be serviced. I told her that I in fact did have a restraining order but I just needed a quick wash and blow dry , I didn’t know she worked at this salon because she’s new & time is crucial because I have 1 hour to make my appointment which I stated BEFORE I asked for the service. As long as she’s not servicing me stays on her side & I stay on mine there shouldn’t be an issue. So she said okay walked out & the other stylist began to wash my hair. I then heard the women I have a restraining order against complaining & being unprofessional about the situation. After the stylist finished shampooing & conditioning my hair. The same stylist I was talking to about the situation came back in & said “I just spoke to my lawyer, and unfortunately we won’t be able to do your hair. It is a violation of the restraining order. For you and her. You’re not allowed at her work place.” I told her that information is false because I am the one with order against her, she just kept saying that this is the women’s workplace. I didn’t want to argue with her, so I left the salon with my hair still embarrassed and wet. This was so very unprofessional & belittling being that I am a long time paying customer with a valid restraint order against that employee for harassment. Nice way to victimize a victim"
