"The building is a great place to live. The building management is awesome. The building has great amenities. A gym, laundry on site and a wifi lounge. The monthly giveaways are fun as well. Parking is great. Only complaint I have is the other residents that dont follow the rules about cleaning up after your pet and smoking"

"To Whom It May Concern, I’d like to start by saying how much I love my new(ish) apartment! I moved here in August of 2021 & I absolutely love it! I love the space, theThe closets, the appliances, Everything! My last 2 apartments I lived in had NO modern appliances so I’m totally happy here! It’s awesome here for many reasons, like the girls who work in the office, Shirlene & Lindsay, LOVE THEM! It makes life so much easier when the people we interact with somewhat regularly are positive and pleasant. That’s how Shirlene and Lindsay are and have been since the first time I met them. I remember being a little nervous on my way to see the apartment for the time, but the moment I sat down with Shirlene, I was instantly at ease! She was so easy to talk with & very informative regarding all the details & perks of living here, making it very inviting to want to live here. I knew pretty much right away I wanted to apply to live here even before we were done touring the property. If Shirlene wasn’t as awesome as she was (Still Very Much Is) the day I came to see the place, I probably wouldn’t have applied on the spot and maybe even went to see a couple other places before making a decision. Lindsay is just as AWESOME! Any interaction I’ve ever had with Lindsay, to date (5-19-22) has been nothing but pleasant. I certainly makes living allot easier when u have good people around you"

"Apartments are small for the cost, ontop of that they charge 25$ monthly for an outdoor parking spot and 100$ monthly to park in the garage, Peabody Property's the buisness that ownes station 101 are very greedy. I passed on the apartment"

"This apartment is exactly what I needed for myself and my son. It is close to the commuter rail so I can have easy access to the train for work, my sons elementary school is right down the street, downtown Beverly is within walking distance and overall the property is very well done. The inside of my unit is beautifully renovated and every time I need something done, management and maintenance are very quick to get the job done."
