"Maintenance is basically non existent, they ignore you and never come. The kids playground is not maintained , falling apart, actually dangerous for the kids. ManyResidents are collecting metal trash either on their front lawn or backyard , including empty shopping carts and old tires , making it dangerous for the kids to run around. This behavior started recently less than 1 year, and the trash keeps growing. Lastly, which I was told recently , you might be paying full price between $1600 and $2000 , but your neighbor is paying between $0 and $500 thru the magic of housing subsidies , this last point might explain all the other ones ."
