"This place is a rat, mice and roach infestation! They sprayed twice still rats running around in my room in my kitchen. Roaches still on stove countertop. At nighttime I can hear the rats in the heater chewing at the metal! When u turn the heat on they come out and starts running around!"

"There’s rats and roaches everywhere, maintenance comes and sets traps that’s it. Office doesn’t do anything, there’s a girl up there with a dry voice she needs to drink water to fix that with her condescending self. Like you work at faxon commons not a luxury apartments, definitely must have an attitude because you have to work this miserable job dealing with miserable people who are mad about living standards. I know you dread coming in and I know you get mad when you see your little paycheck because you know you’re so damn overworked. I know you contemplate getting a second job and yes maybe you should if it would help alleviate that attitude and your life problems that you gotta take it out on tenants. The manager is nice though and the guy is cool. Gym is small like why is the the gym for all these people that live here. I would go to the gym and there’s one bench I’ll use it and you can see my private sweat and the next guy will just sit down like what is that. Never any wipes in the gym, that’s how I got sick one time from touching the dumbbells. No hand sanitizer. I complained about that and they didn’t care. Man get your section 8 and go somewhere else in Quincy. I’m so glad I’m moving soon."

"SCAMMERS!!! BEWARE!!! WORST APARTMENT EVER!!! I would give them a zero stars, but 1 star is unfortunately the minimum. I’ve been living in Boston since 2018 and this is the worst apartment complex I’ve been in. I couldn’t live there for 10 days!! I broke my lease on the 9th day of my stay. Why? Let me break to down for you. 1- the leasing office staff is sooo rude, unprofessional and low ( except for the manager she was good ) the guy there ( let’s call him A ) sounds like he’s not sober. 2- when we decided to move, the agent who gave us a tour in the model apartment told us that all the apartments are exactly like the model one and they refused to show us the actual apartment saying that it’s occupied. But when we moved to the actual apartment, it was completely different with soooo old and much smaller appliances and kitchen. It didn’t even have a microwave. So we basically got scammed. And when we tried to talk to them about it, they kept saying there is nothing they can do and it was our fault that we didn’t ask to see the actual apartment ( even though we did ) and then they kicked us out of the office. 3- the building is sooooo dirty and soo smelly. It always smells like garbage and indian spices ( in a bad way ) 4- we saw mices on the forst day of our stay under the stove ( video attached ) Luckily we immediately asked to break the lease and the manager was cooperative woth us and they refunded us good portion of our money. Biggest mistake I did is that I didn’t listen to my wife when she mentioned how bad the reviews are. Don’t do my mistake… the bad reviews are real… ALL OF THEM."

"Disappointed at the first visit not pleasant. I came to know about the strange rule which probably is not there in Massachusetts. I was denied 1BR for rent by showing some weird rule by the leasing agent that you have to take a 2BR even if you have an infant who is less than 5 years which is not there anywhere in Quincy. I was anyways skeptical about the maintenance , considering the bad reviews like mice , cockroach etc. Hallways were not clean, washing machines were also very old rugged , I asked for a house tour as well which was denied. Management should look into this. As I am planning to move into another apartment. I was really interested in this apartment when I looked the landscaping garden etc. I try to call the leasing office to get an reassurance on the mice and cockroach issue but they never call back."

"Maintenance is poor. It used to be good early, they used to attend it as soon as tickets were raised. Now the leasing office says only priority tickets would be addressed first. Now it's 3 month I have raised a ticket and no resolution yet. Maintenance is really bad for the rent you pay them."
