"Management leaves a lot to be desired! However Neph, the leasing agent who helped me was amazing. She went above & beyond making sure my family was moved in. The apartment they were supposed to be moved into wasn’t ready on time and she made the necessary accommodations. She also did this while juggling other tenants since it appears she was the only one. Mediocre building, amazing customer support from the leasing agent."

"Should be named as the BUG CAPITAL of Boston. Management won't clean this place. So it's a great places for Roaches and Bugs to hang out. Awful experience. I regret every day for moving into this Awful plaza. I am on look out for escaping from here. They are making fun of tenants by naming this apartment as Pleasant Plaza. I hope they change the name soon. Gym and Pool has been shut for 2 years. All neighboring apartments have opened up. Someone should sue this place for taking the money and not giving the promised amenities. Management is non responsive to any queries."

"Terrible Management. It is infected with pests. Even after multiple complaints they just don't care. Lot of people have vacated in last 3 months. This is an example of how not to maintain an apartment. Then they increase rent & parking spots even in covid times siting well maintained societies. For anyone planning to rent this apartment, check with existing people who stays there. Check out comments from other people on the manager. I completely agree with them. I have moved out after suffering there."

"Horrible, Zero maintenance, After recent purchase of apts by CHINESE management they are hiking rents rapidly. Air conditioning will be turned off until mid of the summer. Management doesn't bother about any complaints. ALTITUDE Apartments are much better than these apts"

"This is one of the best apartments near Malden Station relatively cheaper than some of the newer apartments. I lived here for 3 years. Apartment Manager Dawn has done a great job over last few years to make this apartment a great place to live which includes a fully equipped gym with brand new machines & children play area, a much better/cleaner indoor swimming pool, getting brand new washing machines, replacing/repairing switches, a/c filters in all units etc . Dawn is not only a very good apartment manager but also a great human being. The maintenance guy Anthony is also very cooperative & prompt. I would recommend this apartment for its price, vicinity to Malden station and a great Management Team."
