"I have lived here for 19 years. It was good at first. But now since 2010 it has gone to (HELL) on earth. The people that live here do not care about the property and throw trash all over the place. People have parties until early mourning, noise levels through the roff. The cabinets are not put together right and is sometimes hard to open for a person of older age. People smoke inside the Appartments without regard for other tenents. parking is hard to get, because people that do not live here comes to visit thear family and take the parking. ( even though we have parkin stickers on our cars). Come winter it could be long time before you see a plow truck come through the parking."

"My mother lives here and she cant watch her tv because the neighbor downstairs is constantly with her friends gossipping so loudly and the windows are cheap. My mother cant open her windows cause that neighbor is constantly smoking under her windows, the neighbor even told my mother to go to hell that she could do what she wants. That neighbor sits all day with all the other gossipping women under a tree and put loud music and stares down everyone who comes to visit my mother which is no one im the only one. The troll like woman and her companions, act like they own the property. They complain about every other neighbor and they act like saints.Its over run with old women who spend time in the management office complaining acting like they are the owners. Even the maintenace people are nosy. Everyone us constantly throwing loud parties and are not considerate of neighbors. As Im writing this im at my mothers the old women are screaming and neighbor doenstairs has music full blast and my mother is sick and only wants to watch her stupid novela in peace and quiet. She doesnt even put her tv loud because she is scared of her neighbor complaining and cant even have her grand kids visit cause the troll went to complain, cause she thinks she is a teenager and doesnt want kids around to remind her thats shes old.:("

"Awful don't ever live in the Oak street section near Jackson street they never plow the snow on the whole parking area, complexes are full of mouses and roaches, they use an old laundry machine that doesn't work it sucks"
