"The place was much nicer when Bob and Lynn were managing it. They kept it clean, did all the yard work, and were always there when you needed something. Since Renew bought the place they’ve raised everyone’s rent, don’t maintain the property, and are impossible to contact. The buzzer system has been broken, so has the washing machines, there’s bushes outside that haven’t been trimmed in 7 months, the hallway always smells terrible, there’s a tree outside that already fell once that looks like it’s gonna fall any second, the doors freeze in the cold so the key fobs don’t work, and they put in laminate flooring in the apartment above mine that’s so badly insulated that I can hear nearly every conversation my neighbors are having (this never happened before they put the flooring in). It used to be a really nice place to live, but it seems like every other day something is newly broken or needs to be cleaned but no one pays any attention. I’m paying more in rent, but the quality of living in this building has gone way down. **Update: I must have asked them 15 times to trim the bushes outside this place because they haven’t been cut in over a year. Now this is nearly growing into my apartment."

"Since ReNew bought this building everything that could go wrong, went wrong. Trying to contact management is the most difficult thing to do and the service that has been provided is so bad I wish I could give 0 starts. Freshly painted hallway walls and doors is not what we need. We need a dryer machine in the Laundry Room that works. We don’t need a rewards program to give us $5 discount, we need someone coming after a snow storm to plow the parking lot so the residents don’t need to grab a shovel and do the work we pay to get done. Life before ReNew wasn’t perfect, but at least residents were heard and problems were fixed. I hope one day I get back here to write a better review, but Renew Taunton on Highland is just not giving me any reasons to say anything good."
