"So if anyone is looking for a 1-2 bedroom apartment don’t apply to live at the Dartmouth woods luxury housing/apartments I called this morning to get more information and explain my situation as to I’m military spouse and live out of state so taking a tour wouldn’t be an option this person automatically assumed I was on the wait list trying to get hire up on the waiting list just because we have the status title of military family and she kept cutting me off on all of my questions I maybe got two answered and written down bare in mind if you live there and need Maitenance to come this is the type of person you’ll be dealing with. Do yourself a favor don’t apply they were very unkind and rude ."

"I've been living here for almost one year. I've also lived in several apartment complexes in the last 20 years. The people living at Dartmouth Woods are friendly, willing to help a neighbor, and respectful of privacy. The grounds are beautifully kept and winter weather is handled proactively with a "safety first" approach. It's big enough to have pleasant daily walks, sit poolside and still know your needs are attended to quickly. The biggest problem I've had in the past is finding an office staff that answers the phone or returns calls as expected. This office staff answers all calls and will go the extra mile if possible. I'm extremely happy living here."

"Hilarious... you guys are so shady that you removed my review I lived in apartment 911. Fair warning to anyone wanting to move here. THEY WILL NOT GIVE YOUR SECURITY DEPOSIT BACK. The old lady that works the desk is miserable. The owner is shady. Edit: By the way. I have pictures of living here if you plan on removing and saying like the other reviews "that no such person lived here"."

"My dad lived here for 6 an half years before he past. Great place to live peace and quiet. If you love to walk in the complex it is nice. I have become close to few of the neighbors there. The office staff is great as well. It's close to all stores ect."

"I am very happy living here at Dartmouth Woods. I have been here just over a year and have not experienced any major issues. It is comfortable, clean and quiet. My neighbors are friendly and quick with a smile and wave. Jay, Deb and Mike promptly reply to any question or small issue I have had. Parking is a little troublesome for my building, but nothing I haven’t worked out with other residents. I also want to point out to please be careful what you read on here- Unfortunately, the review from 1 of the residents is all slanderous and extremely un true. She is notably mentally unstable, as she herself has pointed out and why she thought she needed a “support dog” to begin with. This dog was not trained to be a support or anxiety animal. He was not well cared for and was out of control- he bit 3 separate people/animals. Animal Control and the police visited her multiple times and gave her warnings and finally took the dog away. Management , myself and other residents tried to befriend and work with her, to no avail. In my opinion, her review of Dartmouth Woods is out of anger and revenge because of her own extremely poor decisions while living here. It is NOT a reflection of the facility itself."
