Residences at Crosspoint Apartments

"I've lived here about a year and a half and only have good things to say. Management is great, maintenance responds to requests within hours of them being made, community amenities are very nice quality and well maintained. There is even a grill area! Great place to live."

"Even if I could go back in time to my apartment hunt, I would still choose The Residences at Crosspoint. The location is perfect; all the major highways are right around the corner, plenty of grocery stores around, restaurants, home supply stores, etc. Management is very responsive to requests and are always on top of things to keep the building in order. The dog park/cleaning station is great for if you have a dog. There is covered parking attached to the building, so moving groceries in while it's pouring outside is no longer a problem. They host building events every now and then which is a nice little touch. Packages are stored safely in a mail room, and the shelves are even separated by floor number so finding your item shouldn't be too much of a hassle. The gym has basic necessities to get you sweating, such as cardio equipment, dumbells, and a Smith machine."

"Very new apartments and all new equipment inside the kitchen. Been living here for over 6 months and love the place. Other than a few minor things like less storage in the kitchen and overall, this place is amazing. The staff is very knowledgeable and always gets back to you quickly if you have any questions or concerns. Maintenance staff is on point and they fix whatever problem you have in less than a day. I definitely recommend living here."

"Overpriced slum. Entire hallways smell like weed. Heating/cooling system does not work. Overpriced water bill. Tenants are not friendly. They will squeeze every last penny out of you. The courtyard is loud and rowdy even on work nights and nothing is ever done to control the noise from disrespectful residents. I do not recommend this place at all. You will pay an inflated rent and be disappointed."

"The apartments themselves are nice, cheap and with great amenities. But the management is so rude and ridiculous. Got out as soon as I could. If you do end up living there, just be aware that your Amazon (and others!) packages will be left out in the open because they never bothered to communicate with Amazon to give them a key to the mailroom. When you talk to them about it, they say that it's in your contract and that it's not their responsibility. However, it's implied that it's not their responsibility once it's in the mailroom (Which does have cameras, outside does not). I'll be fair and say that sometimes they'll move the packages to the mailroom but it's not guaranteed. I've already had a package stolen. In general, their attitude towards you changes once you've signed those contracts. Never a good sign. Update: I will not be responding to their generic response. It's not worth it but I will say that the AC sounds like a lawnmower that's encountered a spoon and that it caused a 200% increase in my electricity bill. Forgot to mention that."
