"I have lived here for a year now the building was brand new when I moved in. Everything new condition. Awesome appliances, in unit washer& dryer buildings is all new and well-maintained the management team is awesome. Easy to deal with. I’d highly recommend this property if you’re looking to move to Providence the owner also has several other properties around this area and a few others in the city. Definitely worth considering. The units are very energy efficient with low monthly utilities ! Perfect spot to call home !"
"I been a tenant for 3 years and the owner & management have been great ! The units are very highend with top of the line appliances and in unit washer and dryer! When they built these brand new building they spared no expense ! Maintenance is very quick and responsive! If your going to live on Providence i woukd highly recommend renting from Prov Rentals they have several properties on federal hill and also Westminster & Broadway all the properties are 3 years or newer."
"Apartment was nice and my wife felt safe in the facility. However maintenance was slow to respond if issues occurred. My biggest complaint is management integrity. We stayed at 1290 Westminster and adhered to all policies in our 6 month lease. However the job extended another 2.5 months and we agreed to rent month to month according to Sara the Manager. We verbally agreed it would be difficult to give a 30 day notice and was told that would not be a problem. When the job did come to an end we separated and departed for Texas on the 21st of November. Shortly after arriving home we were charged again for December rental even though we were now in Texas. In all fairness that was returned a month later. But they changed there minds on the 30 day notice and kept my $ 2387.00. I’ve repeatedly been ignored by them until today January 2nd . I highly recommend you not consider this company ( Provrentals ) . Not because of the facility but because of the integrity of those who run the facility. Shame on them."
