"Don't waste your time staying here unless you want to be disappointed. This company likes to play a game - you let them know they're property is not up to standards and then they give YOU a bad review. The comedy... Imagine this - you pay $1200 a night + a $600 per night cleaning fee and you discover while you're staying there that the home is filthy and clearly not cleaned. You escalate your concerns as you have the right to do especially with the insane costs and they tell you to leave. Now scroll through the comments.. sounds like this is a trend. BEWARE if you live in rhode island spend the money elsewhere. Happy to share the pictures if you choose to deny... you should be ashamed to charge these prices and play these games."

"I don't usually write reviews, but I want to warn others so they don't have the same experience that we did. We stayed at a vacation rental managed by this group. Upon arrival, we realized the home smelled like cigarette smoke despite being advertised as non-smoking. My 6 month old niece has asthma so she can't stay in a smoking environment without having trouble breathing. I contacted the company to ask for an alternative place to stay, and they simply told me I was wrong about the smoke and offered no help. To make matters worse, after the stay, they wrote me a bad review and accused us of being the ones smoking. I spoke to VRBO about this, and they were equally surprised by our experience. They said unfortunately their hands were tied as we made the agreement was made through sunrise properties and not directly through them. I guess that is how they get away with things. I'm quite shocked and disappointed that people can be treated this way. I would avoid working with this company at all costs."

"Kara and Kim at Sunrise RI Beach rental agency were so helpful. They asked questions to find out the type of waterfront rental we were looking for (beach view, modest size, comfortable for kids) and had several options in Narragansett, Charlestown, RI. We selected a great place that suited us so well and we felt very comfortable with the way everything was handled and how clean the house was too. Very easy. Definitely recommended!!"

"Renting in Rhode Island is no small task. Though the state's is a bit smaller than most, in the past few ideas I have found great peace of mind when working with Sunrise Properties. Organized, generous, and thoughtful are three words I think accurately describe Kim and her team. They are more than equipped to deal with any problems or unusual circumstances and are incredibly creative in solving them.
