"We moved here from out of state and Xavier made the process 1000x smoother than we could’ve ever hoped for! We enjoyed our time at Halstead Maynard. The staff was always friendly, maintenance was quick, parking was always available and the other residents were all kind and respectful. Very dog friendly. They even do monthly community events for everyone. Move out was super simple and low stress as well. They don’t nickel and dime you (like some complexes do). Overall just a wonderful complex. We’d recommend it to anyone looking for their next apartment!"
