The maintenance people and office people are all very friendly and helpful as well as professional. The place is so clean and well kept up. I am looking forward to a long enjoyable tenancy!!"

"I have never lived in a rental as well run as Franklin Landings! Jan in the Leasing Office is absolutely awesome and so easy to work and communicate with. She really takes pride in her job and you can tell! My apartment looked brand new the day we moved in. Literally didn’t have to clean anything on move in day. This property is always CLEAN, inside and out. It’s very well manicured, work orders are processed often immediately, maintenance is super friendly and also easy to work with. I cannot express enough how thankful I am for finding this gem of a place and I really don’t think you’ll find nicer people anywhere!"

"I moved in approximately one month ago, and I adore my apartment! The customer service from the rental agent and property manager is fantastic. They have been so helpful during the rental and move-in process, and have handled any questions and concerns I've had promptly. They checked on us to be sure that everything was ok and availed themselves should there be anything that we needed .They always have a treat ready for my dog when we walk by! The community is quiet and clean, and the indoor heated pool is a great bonus!"

"It is a very cute complex, the brick building gives a very rustic feel. The complex is also unique in its design, giving way to a different room layout to each apartment. They have 2 laundry rooms, pool and a gym that is on the ground floor that can be accessible by stairs or elevator. The hot water is wonderful. They have a nice grass courtyard for playing or having a little picnic. Plenty and plenty of parking on their newly paved drive way/parking lot and during the winter they have their own on-site plowing. Very nice stay while my boyfriend and I were here in our first apartment."
