Stoney Brook Village Apartment

"Constant mouse problem inside unit, air conditioner dumped rain water into our unit every rain storm. Our ceiling was falling apart inside our bedroom. Maintenance requests are completely useless. They came 5 separate times to fix AC and issue only persisted. Trash in dumpsters was always overflowing into parking lot. After moving out was harassed by management for leaving furniture by overflowing dumpsters when furniture wasn’t even ours. Police are always driving into parking lot to check for regular crime/homeless activity. Management was never helpful. Each 5 star review is from family of company who manages property, DO NOT BE FOOLED. Overpriced living at its finest. 0 stars"

"Such a horrible place to live honestly. The police are constantly being called here because of how unsafe it is. There are mice that they do nothing about, the water was constantly shut off for sometimes entire days, and every single time it rained our air conditioner would leak. Management could care less and is just downright rude. We had some wonderful neighbors here, but other than that the place is a true nightmare."

"If you’d like to live in a place where you’re packages don’t get stolen, then look elsewhere. Numerous packages get stolen and the management company refuses to do anything about it. Residents are constantly posting notes on the door and next to the buzzers about their packages getting stolen. Residents have asked multiple times for cameras or something to be done, but they don’t care. Around the holidays the notes were sad about all the jerks who stole Christmas gifts. Absolute thieves and and the management company refuses despite multiple complaints from multiple residents. For the absorbent amount of rent they charge, people can’t afford for their hard earned money spent on deliveries to be stolen."

"I used to live at Stoneybrook with my young daughter. Great location within walking distance of the center of town - easy access to grocery store, pharmacy, hardware store, postal office, restaurants, and gym. Safe, friendly community with private lifeguard-supervised pool! Drew was more than fair in working with me and my situation. I was treated with the same respect I gave to him. Management and maintenence were always prompt in their response to my requests."

"I have lived at Stoneybrook Village Apartments for the past 9 years. The management and staff have always treated me with 5-Star service. I love the neighbors in our building (who have all lived here for at least 10 years) and haven't experienced any issues in our community the entire time I've lived here. My son lives with me and he feels completely safe in our community. Gary, our maintenance supervisor goes out of his way to attend to any need you have and is one of the most caring individuals I have had the blessing of meeting. Last, and not least, Drew, the property manager, is one of the most respectful, understanding, and compassionate people I've ever met. Because I feel so welcome at "The Brook," I decided to extend my lease for another year!"
