"My mom moved in at the end of January 2021 and absolutely loved living here, her apartment was newly renovated very comfortable and had plenty of room. Safety wise each apartment has two pull cords that activate the fire department in case of emergency. Big shout out to Merrimack Fire looking out for our elderly residents in town. A few things I loved no stairs, all of the apartments are single level living. The property is well kept and has a park like feel. The sidewalks are in excellent shape and completely level. Mom and I enjoyed taking daily walks together. I'll add that during the winter months they do an excellent job cleaning up both the walkways and parking areas using plenty of ice melt, I never worried that she might slip and fall. Two things she really appreciated. The mailboxes and the laundry facilities, both are located inside the clubhouse. So no standing out in the weather while picking up the mail and the laundry is coin and not card operated this was a huge thing for her. I only wish we had looked into moving mom into NH sooner so that she could have enjoyed being here longer than she was. Thank you Stewart Properties for everything."
