"This place is not safe nor clean, my elderly parents apartment been broken into and is infested with roaches, mice and bedbugs as well as the awful uncaring negligent from the office and maintenance teams! They don’t care about others living situations & you’ll have to replace everything if you don’t want to move pests in your New environment. My parents got sick from living there under a year. They need to remove all residents and do a thorough pest extermination throughout the whole place.! I called the board of health and will be doing further reporting. Thank you"

"I’ve been a resident in this apartment complex for 10 years now. It hasn’t been my choice. I’ve been stuck here. Stuck to live with a mouse, infestation, and a cockroach infestation when my apartment is spotless. The management company here is absolutely not caring and negligent. I’ve reported my issues over 10 times with little to no response.. my last option was to make a health code violation report"

"They really need to put some money into this place. It's not what it used to be. I lived there a few years as a child and I can say that management has definitely given up on caring for this place. It seems they just care about collecting rent and fattening thier banks accounts. So sad."
