"Got a regular manicure, the paint job was laughable. Went home and immediately took off the polish. Wish I listened to other reviews. At least it was only $20 without tip. I would add a photo but they are embarrassing to look at."

"Took my daughter for her Christmas gift. She’s 16 and wanted a nice gel manicure for a school dance. The nail tech rushed her color selection and treated her poorly. I guess it may be because we went at 5:45PM and they close at 7! In addition, she filed her cuticles raw. She’s had her nails done many times since we relocated to MA from MD and are seeking a regular salon. So far, this place is the worst. It chipped in two days too!!! Poor service and nail technicians."

"Had a pedicure, was stabbed in the corner of my big toe. The young woman then kept picking at it and then cut a big corner of the side of my toe nail so it know has a sharp angle as opposed to a rounded edge. Will take months to grow out properly. The color I could have put on better myself. My callouses were not scraped off which was in the disruption I paid for. Will not return there!"

"The youngest girl who works there with the blonde & black hair did a terrible job, rushed & left dirt on my toenail & didn’t even paint all of it. It was all smudged & all the paint on my toes are patchy. This is taken right after I got the pedicure. The lady who did my grandma was very nice. She started my grandma ten minutes before the other girl did mine & I finished before my grandma & we got the same service."

"Cultural differences and the fact that staff did not/refused to speak English made this an extremely unpleasant experience for me. My 80-yr old mother enjoyed her foot massage on our mani-pedi day. Surly man on staff kept tapping hard on my leg to either indicate to put my foot back in the water, bend my knee, or put my leg up to have toenails cut. Why can't they learn basic questions they must have to utilize everyday? If they know how to give instructions or simple commands in English why won't they use words? I don't speak "Mumble-esse". Made me feel ignored and passed over, not special--and we had to pay $100--so this boutique is Not Cheap at all if they are conserving time or words. Then staff spoke their own foreign language loud amongst themselves, over our heads, and cackled. At the end: They did a decent temporary job on our nails yet color lasted only 3 days then started chipping. Shoddy workmanship. Staff needs to learn manners. They treated me badly and I am telling everyone. In fact I've already been told about CA Nails near Loews where I'll go next time for sure."
