"Have been going to this location for color and the occasional trim for some time now. I've seen most all the stylists at one point or another and it's always a positive experience. What prompted my review today, though, was the staff's treatment of an elderly client that had a medical emergency while I was there. Ultimately she was able to stay for her appointment, but she was upset and embarrassed, and the staff could not have been more kind to her. They went above and beyond to ensure she was okay, make her feel comfortable, and take care of the aftermath of the incident—surely not what they expected to be doing at work today. On various visits I've seen them serve clients of all ages, neurodivergent individuals, folks from all walks of life, and everyone is treated just the same. True professionals. Glad to continue giving them my business and would highly recommend!"

"I called early morning last Sunday , asked if I can come in for hair cut and color around 3pm. The person i talked to, didn't catch her name, she was talking very fast, told me they could do color around 1-1;30pm,.that 3pm would be to late for color. Since I could not make it at that time we scheduled just hair cut for 3pm During the morning my schedule change , and I realized I could get there around 1pm , I called again to see if they would be able to do color if I come earlier. Different person answered the phone, I explain to her what I would like to do, she put me on hold to check , she told me to to come at 2pm and they will do color and hair cut. When I arrived at 2pm , fast talker came to the front. She was rude and loud, She talk to me like I am a child . She said: Didn't I tell you this morning? There is nobody to do it!..." She would not let me talk or finish my sentence. She was getting louder and kept interrupting me. Obviously there was miscommunication between them that could be easily fixed or at least acknowledged. I felt I should be getting apology , not rudeness and attitude. I have been going to this palace for 2 years, but after this no more!"

"Just left after Kristin did another fabulous job cutting my hair. I have been going to her for several years now, and she always listens to what I want and makes great suggestions when asked. Also, she is really nice and super friendly. I can’t recommend her enough for a terrific experience!"

"Got a haircut at Supercuts from Kristin today, had an appointment at 11:30 but was a few minutes late I went into the wrong plaza. Walked in they seated me right away. Kristin sat me down at her station with a warm welcome and a smile and she did a fantastic job cutting my hair I look great thanks to her! Kristin absolutely deserves a raise I will be back next time to get another haircut from her! Thank you Kristin and superCuts for the fantastic service!!"
