"This place is a treasure untouched by time, a quintessential Summer cottage. The expansive lawn leading to the water’s edge has hammocks here and there, very inviting and charming. My favorite, among many favorite things, was the giant trampoline a little off shore- it provided a ridiculous amount of fun and was also a lovely spot for hanging out with friends. Although it is only a 20 minute drive from my home, it feels like a genuine get-away and is a place I look forward to returning to for years to come."
"We did a “staycation” and stayed in the valley this year. The kids and I agreed that this was the MOST fun vacation we have had in awhile. Dina and Bob are amazing hosts and we loved our rustic cabin with all the water sports fun. An absolutely peaceful retreat that is great for families and friends! Can’t express how delighted we were to stay close to home on this idyllic lake."
"This was our 2nd summer at the Goshen Summer Rentals cottages on this serene and pristine lake. We had everything on site--great swimming and all sorts of boating--so there was no need to go elsewhere, although there are many nearby historic landmarks, cultural venues and nature trails. Dina and Bob were wonderful and gracious hosts. We returned home feeling completely renewed and refreshed. Thank you!!"
"This was our second stay at Goshen Ocean and it was even more delightful than the first. Our hosts Dina and Bob couldn't be more generous and accommodating, and the property itself can only be described as a little slice of heaven. We swam, kayaked, grilled every night, played with our dog (yes, they are extremely dog friendly) and just relaxed by the lake and in our cozy cottage. It's close to so many great places to visit and enjoy (Northampton, the Berkshires, DAR State forest), yet far enough away to indulge in a little pastoral solitude. We can't wait to return!"
"If you need a home away from home this is your place! My fur baby and I spent 3 glorious months in the studio here and wouldn't trade it for the world. The serenity you find at the lake is indescribable and the helpfulness from Dina and Bob is incomparable. Loved being so close to the Berkshires, Northampton, Tanglewood, the DAR forest and so much more. The location is perfect. Highly recommended!"
