"Made an appointment had high hopes for it. 15 minutes before my appointment time I received a call from the salon that something came up and they had to close shop early that day and if i would reschedule. I understood completely and rescheduled for a deferent day a week later. 30 minutes before that appointment I get a call from the salon saying the stylist is going home sick. Really ridiculous. I understand things come up but it’s really unprofessional to cancel so close to the appointment time. I have a daughter and required childcare to make these appointments all for nothing. Guess I need to find a new salon to go to…"
