"I was denied service due to my DISABILITY. The previous nail technician didn’t want to correct a mistake made on my gel nail request. So I waited much longer, a little over a month, to return and get my nails done again (been going there for years), but the own now denies me service due to “an unreasonable request”. I said you have many other technicians and you were just about to accept my pedicure and manicure request."

"Zero stars if I could do that . VAN was the manicurist who did my nails! I got my nails done here for the first time and I DO NOT recommend it. I've seen the nails of the ladies next to me which they looked good so that means I just had a back luck with this one. Regardless, no customer should walk out of a nail salon with their nails looking like this. As you can see, my cuticles look horrible and my set looks like it's already one week old. These were not the original shape, I had to come home and file them to this. My pedicure looks like a 3 year old painted them and they hurt while she was cutting the side nails on my toes which I mentioned to her and they all started talking and giggling in their language which I found to be very unprofessional. Also, when I asked her to fix my cuticles she told me she did not see a problem with them and they looked fine. My suggestion to you, is to save yourself the time and money by not coming here. Find yourself another nail salon."

"I went here on 2/14/23 with my son. Both to get mani/pedi. They charged $40 each plus $5 because I wanted a different color on each nail. My sons nails came out messy & with dirt still in the inside , even when I asked her twice to fix. Plus not filed down even. I don’t think she understood English at all. Job was rushed. I did not like the service given to my son in table 9."
