"this place is by far the worst place I’ve been too. Not only is the customer service horrible but they also do not know how to deal with natural hair. When it comes to braid extensions they do a decent job but even then it’s not the best. The thing that prompt me to write this review is how these people lie. These people might not know how to do something but they will tell you they do so they can take your money . This place is a scam and I will never come back to this place again."

"The worst place ever!!! Don’t come here.. all they care about is taking your money!!! Asked for a specific style ( butterfly locs) and the lady stated she could do it with no problem. When I tell you my hair was all in different lengths 12in and 18in and messy looking not neat at all. Spent 5 hours there I was so close to walking out. The lady said the owner can come and fix your hair for you . The owner option was to cut the longer locs to match the shorter locs and burn the tips and that wasn’t an option for me. So she said she will take it out and put two braids in for free and I can come back next week to book butterfly locs with the owner so I agreed to that. Then the owner turns around says two braids will cost me 70 dollars after all that time spent there for nothing. Worst experience ever will never come back and I advise anyone to not go there. They don’t understand English much and they will lie to customers and tell them they can do the style they want in reality they can’t but just want to take your money. Worst shop in Randolph"

"My first time coming in and I had a lovely experience . My hair came out bomb was done neatly and faster than expected! I would most definitely recommend this salon! Nadega was fantastic from the hair wash down to the finish product , she executed the style I asked for. She gave great advice and was delicate to the sensitive areas I mentioned to her which I truly appreciate."
