"Unfortunately, Google does not have negative ratings. I do not recommend this spa. I should have checked the low ratings before scheduling an appointment. I came in here for an eyelash extension. Actually my first time at this location. The lash artist, Katrina Monteiro did a poor and terrible job. My lashes did not last even a week, a total waste of money. Also, she used the wrong set of lashes. I had to go to another location to get them re-done. I called the office to book a refill and all they said was the lash artist no longer works there. This should have been mentioned when I came in for a lash appointment. This spa is a total scam and advise not to go there for any beauty treatment."
