"let me preface this review by saying i rarely bother writing reviews (good or bad). THIS PLACE IS A WASTE OF TIME and MONEY!!! i have went here for the past few years on and off.. this place used to be pretty good, especially when the owner maggie was around. over the last year this place has gone DOWNHILL bad. there was one day on a weekend that i went to go for a walk in and the place was randomly closed with no sign. most recently, i made an appt the other day for 12:30 for gel mani and gel pedi. The guy tells me they’re running way behind and asks me to leave and come back????? wow, that’s how you treat people with appointments??? no i drove all the way here- why would i want to come back? he asked if i could wait 30’mins and i said fine, but no longer. obviously i don’t have time to sit around and wait all day. i was in shock that they treat appointments like this. he stops doing some other poor woman (mid nails) to take me because i was legit about to walk out. i told him just nails now forget feet because no time to do both and they were clearly way overwhelmed. so, he whips through my gel manicure in about 20’mins flat. NO LIE. did not soak my nails.. no back rub… didn’t even want to give me lotion! i had to ask. i still tipped him well and was about to just forget about this whole thing and place until today i look down and 2 of my nails are ALREADY CHIPPED with gel. that i paid 48 dollars for. I AM BEYOND ANGRY. especially after all the business i have given this place over the last few years"
