"I had a good experience with this salon for almost 3 years, until I didn’t. I had been going to Emily, and recently my hair that is blonde in the front, was left too long under the dryer . My hair is left looking like I am BALDING, It was burned down to the scalp. She tried to tell me that if I had used a shampoo that we had discussed, it wouldn’t have happened. Wether I used a shampoo or not, this will not CURE my burned hair overnight. She had no sympathy. She told me to find a new stylist, humorous , why would I ever go back? I mean at the end of the day we all make mistakes, but own up to them. This is my hair and it shouldn’t have happened. I am left feeling insecure about my hair that is now ruined. I wouldn’t trust this place."

"Pam is AMAZING. Love it here, highly recommend stopping in for all your hair and makeup needs. My brother got married and Pam absolutely made me look beautiful for the wedding. Emily did a bang up job on my make up! I will always come back here :) . Update: I came back to get a cut after the wedding and Emily cut and styled my hair and made me feel so pretty again.
