"Nicholas is a creative master with hair. He listens to my ideas and offers his. It’s a collaborative effort. Especially now since my hair has thinned and the style requires hiding the thinner areas and add volume. I enjoy watching him delve into my hair, cutting at various angles and twisting strands with speed and expertise. The result is lovely. It’s been 2 weeks wearing my new style. Several friends and complete strangers have complimented me. Something of importance to me is Nicholas and Kat’s friendliness. Plus the salon is clean!! I hope you make an appointment."

"I love Moda. The vibe is relaxing and esthetically pleasing all in one. The art work, the music, the view looking down on downtown Main Street. You can see without being seen. I think of Nick as an artist with the special tools needed for my very fine hair. I love his conversation skills and personality. Great with all ages. A very skilled craftsman. I highly recommend."

"My neurodivergent 6 year old had a silly putty hair emergency yesterday morning. I tried to get it out myself unsuccessfully, so off to the salon we went hoping someone could help her quickly before i had to get to work. Nick got her right in and gave her an adorable cut, despite her messy bedhead, that saved the length of her hair but also framed her face nicely. He was very good with her and she was all smiles both during and after. Very pleased with Nick's friendly demeanor and the overall experience. She loves her new cut!"

"I really hate to come back and change my review like this. We were so pleased initially, but have not been able to return since. Twice in a row now they have called to cancel appointments, roughly an hour before we were due in. I maintain my 5 star view about quality, my previous comment is below, but for reliability I find them sorely lacking. I sincerely hope I can change this review again in the future. Very welcoming staff and space. Conscientious of the current environment and being safe. There was a longer than expected wait, but Nick was wonderful; friendly, talented, and capable. From what I've seen of his style, you'll be left with a gorgeously natural cut. I can't wait to go back and see how my hair turns out next time."

"Love this place and Nick is the best! From Nick to all the staff, they make you feel like one of the family, listen to what you want or need, and always go the extra mile for you. Some of the best haircuts I have ever had, including yesterday, and always priced incredibly fair for all the services you receive. Not only were they practicing social distancing, but also making sure the place is spotless before and after each customer! Hopefully soon things will be back to normal so I won't have to wait 3.5 months again for my next haircut because i won't go anywhere else!"
