"I was super optimistic going in, but I think your experience will be highly dependent on who you see. I had a very disappointing experience every step of the way - it was unclear which colors were available in what format, the workflow felt pretty bumpy, and the work itself was messy. I got a regular pedicure, and there’s a haze of polish all around my nail. I also got a gel manicure and wound up with polish on my skin there, too, which can result in serious irritation. The edges are also pretty ragged (edited to add: and developed a small chip the next day). I will say, when I asked for really gentle cuticle work on my nails, that was heard and respected, though I also look after my own nails pretty diligently so there wasn’t much to do. I sadly won’t be going back unless I receive a super concrete recommendation of a specific technician. Edited to add: I appreciate the offer to come in and have the manicure fixed. Unfortunately this was in preparation for a trip out of town and I had already left."
"Service, quality, and atmosphere are amazing. The nail techs are all very talented, and based on the number of regulars I saw come and go during my manicure I can tell that this place is well loved by many. The owners are funny and kind, and the techs are all talented and take their time to ensure a high quality manicure. Will definitely be coming back for my next manicure!"

"Style nails, Li in particular, are amazing. They were the MVP for my wedding day - I had just gotten a manicure elsewhere which came out not at all what I was expecting. Style nails fit me in last minute as a walk-in, and redid the whole set. They came out even more beautiful than I could imagine, and Li was so professional and quick and kind. I will definitely recommend and return! I will say it is better to make an appointment if you can -I was glad I was able to get in but they are very popular and in demand (for good reason) so if you want to be sure to get a spot, I would suggest booking ahead."
