"Absolutely horrible from beginning to end. I would give 0 stars, if I had the option. Used for wedding hair for myself and 3 bridesmaids day of my wedding. Provided info in advance; simple, straightforward braids half up/half down with some curls. They ripped and pulled our hair over and over, told us curls wouldn’t stay and how hard it was for them to do braids…I left with a huge mess of hair with half a sloppy braid. We were also very specific about needing to be done between 11-11:30 but the amount of time they wasted from the moment we arrived made us all late to the venue. My sister in law actually did my hair when we arrived to the venue and it was absolutely stunning. The salon’s service was unprofessional and I would never recommend anyone using them for wedding hair. If you cannot provide a service then you should be truthful with customers. The cherry on top of the experience was one of the stylist constantly making comments about my hair and how I need it treated to repair… she offered to do it for free. I have a disease that effects my hair….prior to coming to the salon that morning, I was at the hospital for IV treatments. Needless to say, their stylists not only made me feel awful on the outside but the inside as well and I left in tears."
