"Just a horrible pharmacy. Slow. Rude. Makes no sense. Was told today they "are short staffed". 2 pharmacists and 4 techs on with no one in line. Save yourself the trouble and go to Wrentham or Blackstone location. Much better experience and they treat you like you matter."

"As with the other bad reviews, the Pharmacy Technicians are incredibly rude at this CVS. They sigh, and huff and puff when you call to inquire about something as if it’s an inconvenience. It was an issue I couldn’t assist myself with via the app or I would have. You should learn to be a bit nicer; you don’t know what other people are dealing with and kindness goes along way. If you can’t handle it you should probably work somewhere else with limited human interaction."

"I don't know why all the reviews say this pharmacy sucks. The staff are great, and they even offered a job position when I asked about it. Everything was done on time and I've never had any problems with this location, and I walk there from home every couple of days. Most of the people in the reviews are entitled brats who expect everything to be catered to them. I saw one review saying they should get a discount because they had to use self-checkout because THEY were impatient! That's crazy! So yeah, none of the 1 star reviews have common sense, this place is fine."

"Personally the pharmacy staff is horrible. Sat on hold for 15 mins to be hung up on. I had to call to see if my child’s prescription was filled (Which it stated it was) to arrive and be told they can’t fill it due to it being filled elsewhere, that’s completely understandable but under the circumstances COMMUNICATING would’ve been the proper way to go about it!"
