Dr Christiane Ashba DMD

"This “Dentist” is rude beyond belief. She should be called a bully instead. On my 2nd visit she pushed me in the chair and held me down by my shoulder and drilled my tooth all the way to the nerve. There was nothing wrong with that tooth at all. The next Dentist I went to was baffled w/what happened and said there was no reason for her to drill that tooth, esp. to go so deep to expose the nerve. She continued to hold me in the chair (I was in shock or else I would have obviously ran out of there.) and then proceeded to shave off the bottoms of my front 2 teeth. Making them look weird and short. I don’t understand why she did these things to me. When I originally told her I wasn’t comfortable with her touching me because her and the receptionist were whispering about me having “ghetto insurance” as the desk lady put it, she laughed at me and that’s when she pushed me in the chair. VERY forcefully. When I asked why they were blatantly talking about me they both verbally attacked me. I have tried reporting this to my insurance company but no one there cares. Every time I write a review it gets erased. It’s her word against mine. She’s a “Dentist” and at that time I just had “ghetto insurance”. She ruined my smile and has not been held accountable for it AT ALL. Also, on my first visit she filled a cavity that fell out not even 2 weeks later. I would NEVER recommend anyone to make an appt. with her office."

I was greeted as I arrived and they focused on my safety by teaching me their new processes because of the coronavirus pandemic. Teamwork and family atmosphere is what I expect from a service provider and that’s what I got.
