"What just happened? I went to Agway today for a harness for my puppy, Scout. After a rough drive with a long wait at the scene of an accident, when I took her out of the crate she was covered in vomit. I brought her into the store to ask for paper towels, and not only got paper towels, but also a trash bag, a hose to wash her off with, a full watering can to bring to my car to clean out the crate, and help getting it all done! Thanks so much to Anna for her TLC for my pup and for making my day so much easier! You won a loyal customer today! I found lots of pet product choices and got everything I needed, in addition to something I forgot that I needed. Wow, super staff!"

"I've been a customer of Agway Orleans for many years. I appreciate dealing with knowledgable, appreciative and cordial representatives and don't mind paying for this service level. Today I went into the store to get information and purchase flower bulbs. Their was an employee stocking a rack and I waited for her notice me as I didn't want to interrupt her. When sg=he finally turned to me I asked a question about the location of the bulbs and her curt reply was "there right in front of your nose when you walk in". I went over to the bulbs and had a another question which I asked the person at the register. Her answer was "I don't know". I don't expect that they know all the answers, but I do expect a more courteous interaction. I walked out of the store without purchasing the bulbs and decided that I can get better service at or any lawn and garden store in the area."

"Agway of Orleans is hands down my favorite place to stock up on pet supplies, lawn, garden, and anything agricultural. A wide variety of quality products to suit my needs. Love the selection in the greenhouse! But more importantly, it’s the employees who make the customer experience most enjoyable. "Agway has any and all the birding and yard supplies that one needs on the Cape. From seed to feeders to soils, fertilizers and garden ornaments, Agway has it all! In the fall, they have a wonderful selection of pumpkins and dried stalks for decorating your yard. Inside, there is a whole display of seeds for planting and the usual plus the unusual bulbs for fall planting. The nursery center is AMAZING! Come spring and summer, the joint is jumping with annuals, perennials, shrubs amd trees. Truly, the gardener's paradise!"
