"I'd give you no star if possible. Pharmacy is an absolute joke. Always a half hour wait to get your medicine. Gladly will hand you painkillers without ID for someone else as long as you know they're birthday, phone number, or address but won't fill your own prescription that is two days early technically because your doctor doubled the amount the day after you picked them up."

"I did a curbside pick up for a few items since I was having a lot of foot pain. The girl who brought out my order didn’t realize my passenger side window was open and could be heard saying in a sarcastic tone “I just love lazy customers “. Really?!!! I will do whatever I can to not give any more of my business to this store!"

"I see that a lot of people are frustrated with the pharmacy, but I've never had a problem. In fact, there was a funding problem (with a prescription savings card for a $2000 medication) and they worked really hard to try to fix it and went out of their way to help. They are probably understaffed, but everywhere else is too. Can't blame them for that. Please people, have a little empathy for your fellow man. You can definitely see that they are doing their best."

"I can certainly understand the frustration people feel regarding the pharmacy, but to lambast that aspect without understanding how most pharmacists have been treated during the pandemic just shows me how little compassion and empathy is present. Covid 19 really distrupted a system that was already delicate and most places were hurting for good help anyway, when the pandemic was raging a lot of pharmacies found themselves scrambling to make sure they had sufficient staff as most got burned out pretty quickly. So of course now you will find that the staff is untrained, tired, and overwhelmed. This obviously fails both the consumer and the company. I'm not defending the rude actions by the staff by any means, rather, to shed a little light on how most corporations have been affected by the pandemic and how that has also affected the services rendered. Are some pharmacists better than others? Absolutely. Do some Walgreens possess a better understanding and treatment of their employees? Most definitely. To quote a favorite Saturday Night Live sketch of mine, "there's 100 floors of frights - they ain't all gonna be winners." Other than that, this store is pretty good and has what I need. Can't complain about the prices, just try to get in and get out before it gets too busy."

"If I could give these unprofessional ridiculous people negative stars I would. First of all these pharmacists are the most rude and ignorant people I’ve ever had to deal with. They do NOT care about your privacy at all and will not respect it. Now that we’ve got that out of the way, they always have plenty of staff at the pharmacy but I’ve waited in line for an hour more times than I can count. As any customer service worker would know, you’re supposed to ask other customers to please wait and have a seat until their service is ready. These pharmacists don’t seem to grasp that at all. They let people cut in line without saying anything and they leave you on hold on their phones for over a half hour. I’ve been on hold before for over an hour. It’s not first come first serve at a pharmacy. If your script is ready it’s ready and any pharmacist should know how to call a name and at the very least be organized. It’s simple if someone’s script isn’t ready, tell them to wait and help the next person in line so you can swiftly sift through. Unfortunately before you even leave the house you have to call them to get them to fill your script no matter how long it’s been sitting there. They are so unorganized and ignorant and straight up rude that I’m concerned they would actually mess up a script and give you something lethal. Never again will I use them. I’ve had scripts that were ready to be filled for nearly a week, yet still I have to call them ahead to get these idiots to do their job. Don’t even bother here. Walk away and use any other pharmacy."
