"Definitely needs updating. Lots of dust/ musty' ness in our first room. Asked to be placed in another room. Just as unclean but not horrible. Kind of Off season stay but right by the lake. The pool was good. Onsite parking. The pics are directly outside of the door to our room. I'd give them another try honestly."

"This is a great little property in Falmouth to stay in. My room was clean, everything worked fine, zero issues. Office staff was genuinely pleasant at check in and check out."

"Room was clean, but….TV was not working and front desk closed at 9 pm. We got back to the room at 9:20 pm when we discovered the problem so that was that. Curtain in bathroom was see through so if you are someone who likes to display your bodily functions this is the place for you. Few plugs in the room so charging anything is a challenge. Not the worst but we have stayed on the Cape in the past and there are much better choices for the price. Needless to say, we will not be back."

"Absolute quaint and nice motel. Should be more than 2 stars, right on the lake with a beautiful view from a balcony. It was modern, well kept and clean. Motel office absolutely welcoming. Bonus of a little kitchenette and ability to walk right on a little beach area at the waterfront. 10/10 would recommend regardless if you have a furry family member with or not"

"2-star rating due to the condition of the room. Our toilet flush handle was broken, the toilet paper holder was falling off the wall, our shower didn’t drain, and our A/C left black bits all over the bed. Room was clean but smelled vaguely of smoke. Would not recommend unless you do not have alternative options. Pros: staff was nice, there is a (very) small sandy beach area next to the property, pool looked nice but we didn’t use it."
