"Your office has completely gone downhill. I haven’t had an appointment where I haven’t waited at least 40 minutes in the last year. If you can even get an appointment now. You work four days a week and take an hour lunch?? I recently broke a tooth, they put a temporary filler inside that your office said would last up to 8 days, then you can’t get me in for three weeks. Absolutely awful. You texted my husband that you needed to reschedule because your hygienist was absent, then you never responded to him again."
