"I've had one or two bad experiences at dentist offices before but this office was particularly awful. I admit I'm not a fan of dentistry (who is) but I realize it's importance and I'm a pretty easy patient. Dr Moore has a bedside manner that would make a neurosurgeon blush. The dental hygienist was nice but seemingly frustrated with Dr Moore and it did not go unnoticed, it was extremely awkward. If you don't have the capacity to treat those with more issues than a cavity perhaps you should be honest at first consultation and stick to fillings and cosmetic procedures. It was clear early on Dr Moore wanted nothing to do with coming up with a plan for my situation. I sat for 15 minutes waiting for the Doctor without explanation I started getting ready to leave. Finally she came in the room and Dr Moore could not have been more unprofessional or rude. No Hello or even obligatory pleasantries. Her mask could not hide her attitude or indifference. There is nothing "family" about this office. The receptionists were nice but once you get past the waiting room it was about as pleasant as waiting for a colonoscopy. Brutal."
