"I called for a pick up shrimp chicken broccoli Alfredo soon as I called I wanted to make sure I had the right location so I asked the guy on the phone is this papa rinos on blue hill Ave he’s says very sarcastically it’s only one ma’m and laughs I said oh ok sorry isn’t there one on Geneva he’s says no that’s just rinos pizza mam’’ what do you want to order? I ignored it clearly he was having a bad day i don’t know I went to pick up my order up and wasn’t what I asked for $30 I paid for extra shrimp and only got 4 small shrimps and tons of chicken i also told the shop to please make sure the pasta was well done and it wasn’t it was very soupy and watery when I called the pizza shop back to explain my issue I was giving nothing but disrespect no apology no accountability no accommodation nothing I mention on the phone if Dina was there I wouldn’t have had this problem he says oh we’ll call and order food when shes working like who even says that to a paying customer just very rude and disrespectful I will never order from here again"
