"Good hotel in a very centrally located area. Friendly front desk. During the stay renovations were in progress. The room was older but still in very good condition. We look forward to an upgraded one next time. Average Continental breakfast. For some reason there was no hot food due to technical reasons the sign said except for oatmeal but there were plenty of other things to eat. Overall good experience."
"Booked a room for 3 days. We didn't think a room would be available on Christmas Eve, but there was. The only problem was the fridge didn't work. My husband went down and talked to the front receptionist, and she told him, " Maintenance would be right up!" After a couple of hours of waiting, I went down to see what the hold up was, and I talked to a very, very nice gentleman, "Nyck" (Nick with a Y). He explained that there was NO maintenance was available on Christmas Eve, and didn't understand why she would have told my husband that, but offered me to use their fridge and / or would change our room. We changed the room, and he upgraded it for the inconvenience and miscommunication of the staff. I would recommend this hotel to my friends & family, and I would give Nyck a raise!"
"The staff at this hotel had to be the kindest staff I have ever experienced in the Hilton family. I have nothing but great things to say about this location. I was beyond satisfied with every single interaction with staff. They make the guests & pets feel so welcome. Ample parking & in a great location local to the highway. There's a shopping plaza across the street in case you forget anything. Thanks for a wonderful stay!"
"From the time I called the hotel directly to make our reservations, I was treated very well and in a friendly, professional manner. Our check-in was flawless and we received 2 bottles of water. Our room was spotless. It was quiet at night. The complimentary breakfast was just what we have become accustomed to when at a Hilton property. Good food, fresh and varietal each day. The only 2 things I can say that I would change would be that the pillows are too soft and the room lighting could be slightly brighter. Overall though, we always enjoy our stays at the Hampton Inns and will continue to do so. We highly recommend this Hampton Inn."
