"Awful. Would give 0 stars if I could. Every time I went something wasn’t working properly, whether the xray machine or computer systems. My appointment to have a filling fixed was cancelled on me by voicemail less than a hour before they closed the night before citing inactive insurance. There was nothing wrong with my insurance but no matter how many times I called no one would pick up. I left a message and tried calling until they closed. Almost a week later I still haven’t received a call back, so I set up an appointment with a new dentist who got me in for a next day appointment. Now I can’t get through to these people to send my X-rays to them. Had to leave another voicemail which apparently isn’t being monitored as my records still haven’t been received. Will never come back here and do not recommend if you expect to have open and professional communication with your medical care."

We came to New England dental on a friends recommendation and they took care of everything! Perfectly! And made everything easy.
