"While it may be a stretch to say that getting a root canal was an enjoyable experience, Dr. Alyassi, Joanna and the entire staff at the Seaport Boston Dental office just about pulled that off. The team fit me in for an emergency procedure at their office when the downtown crossing office couldn’t accommodate me in their schedule. Not only is their office immaculate and lovely, but the people there couldn’t have been kinder. Dr. Alyassi and Joanna explained every step of the procedure to me so that nothing was a surprise. I was so appreciative to be informed and involved in the treatment process (which was totally painless and relatively quick). While I will be going back to downtown crossing for my regular ongoing care, I am so grateful for the care that I received at the Seaport office. Thank you all!!"

"Front disclaimer. Dr. Chang is amazing. The front two associates at the desk are extremely incompetent. The woman named Artemis forget to schedule both of my appointments. I called the night before to confirm my appointment because I found it odd no one had called me to confirm my tooth extraction. Artemis said she saw nothing on the calendar. A month before I came to get a consultation from Dr. Chang and she had scheduled me for 12/8 @ 3:30 for the extraction. Had receipts and everything. She told me to show up at 3:15pm the day of the appointment and she would promise I would get the extraction. Showed up at 3:45 and had to wait almost an hour to get in the seat. Oddly enough another patient walked in and the same woman said she didn’t have him on the schedule and he legitimately went through the same thing as me. Completely unaware of how to do her job."
