"Life is short F....it up! Family, Flavor, Friends After a week long process of making a reservation I was finally in. Of course it was ok nna slushy snow day. Walking into the place there was alot of staff and the Host were attentive. We sat down and ordered and ordered the fried mozz w tomato vodka sauce. Good taste needed more sauce but it was a good start. We got white pizza extra garlic and cheese. A pepperoni and the firebird. Of course I did going into this knowing that the CT pies were on the crispy side ( burnt) crust. Maybe I expected more , however the taste was eehhhh just ok. The dough and ingredients are good, the wow makes me want to come back already wasnt there. Maybe I had hyped it up too much in my head. But after the wait and anticipation ........"

"My girlfriend and I ate at Sally’s on 12/29/23. First off, it’s absolutely crazy that they don’t have 5 stars across the board! This was hands down the best pizza we have ever had, and it isn’t even close. We’ve had a lot of great pizza over the years, including that other big name, New Haven pizza, but this was on a whole other level. Everything was perfect: the dough was crisp, with the right amount of char (not burnt!) with a pleasant chewiness. The sauce was generous, sweet, and tangy, the cheese was just the right amount, flavorful, and perfectly complimented the other ingredients. The pepperoni had tons of flavor and just the right amount of spiciness. The potato and onion pizza was unique but equally delicious! The cocktails were expertly made, very tasty, and not watered down. The service was excellent. Our server was very personable and attentive without being overbearing. The atmosphere is very welcoming, modern, fun, and elegant without being stuffy. Everything went smoothly, in part because we made a reservation. Our only quibble is that there isn’t a Sally’s closer to where we live in Seacoast NH (they would crush it there!,) but that being said, it was well worth the hour drive. I have been dreaming daily of this ever since we had it! Sally’s exceeded our expectations on every level! We can’t wait to go back! Thank you for a phenomenal experience!"

"If you like burnt, crustless pizza: look no further. Being real, it was alright. I’ve had New Haven style pizza before, so I understand the concept of it being cooked more, but their quality (currently) is not ideal. Pizza was cooked beyond extreme, past the point of enjoyment, and even WITH a reservation, expect about a 1 hour wait time. I’m sure they’ll be better later on when it’s less hectic, but in its current state I would steer clear."

"The place was great lived up to the hype. My wife and i,We just went in on no plans at 8pm on a Tuesday night had no reservations it was an hr late but the pizza bar where you can sit and watch the pizza makers in action is first come first serve we got lucky as all of the folks ahead of us were groups of 3 or more people. So we sat right away. The pizzas are the real deal and take 40 min to make but they have a great selection of sides and appetizers ect. Would definitely go back and recommend. But make reservations , we got lucky"
