"I got this groomer Jen and her attention was horrible with my dog. She speaks lies that never happened and that's why I can't make any more appointments in Petco. In front of me she said that my dog tried to bite her but made a report that my dog did bite her what never happened. The manager only agreed with her without investigating the facts. This person is a racist. Take care of your puppies and more if you are Latino.Also, don't try to call customer service because they agree with their employees without investigating anything."
"For the past six months I’ve been trying to schedule one appointment to get my dog groomed. When I schedule online I wait and then when the day finally comes I get a phone call stating that my groomer was out or sometimes the trimmer was not working. They have canceled my appointment four times already and this is just unacceptable. Maybe my dog is on the do not cut list but I’m no longer attempting to make more any appointments because at the end of the day they will just get canceled and my groomer was Jonathan each time."

"I am a new dog owner, of a beautiful pup I called Petco for grooming availability and I spoke with Lisa. Lisa was absolutely RUDE on the phone while I was asking her questions about the grooming services. I was never rude or disrespectful to her in anyway to warrant that kind of behavior, I asked why she was being rude, and she said because I was taking too long on the phone, and so I checked the time 2:32 seconds. When I asked her name she hung up the phone, and called back and she finally told me her name and hung up. I have never experienced such horrible customer service. I no longer feel comfortable bringing my pup there due to the hostility I had experienced over the phone."
