"Romina and Christine the front desk ladies welcomed us with a smile. They treated us with dignity and respect. My mum was in pain for 2weeks we went to the emergency room but they couldn't do anything for her. We came to Lux dental they took us in the same day took her tooth out and for the first time in weeks mum was able to sleep thanks to Dr Ugur and Shannon the Dental assistant they gave us hope and joy. They are so professional and very experienced. When we go there they welcome us so good we have so much faith in them they make us feel at home . Mum has had her tooth taken out, deep cleaning and fillings All in one month amazing! We are all for smiles smiles.. Thanks to you all keep up the good work"

"Airlines overbook and then need "volunteers" to leave last minute...these people are the same! They overbooked and a few hours before my appointment they decide I'm that person that ain't getting service. They charge a cancel fee of $100 but wont pay me for having to take a day off. I will never reccomend them.."

"We had bad experience about this place. We have been there for 2 years only because it’s close. Every visit we got assigned with different doctor and every doctor was not careful to check out kids dental issues. Last time we were there and waited for more than hour and the doctor spent 10 mins with us. Highly not recommended. We won’t go in the future."

"I had such an amazing time coming here. The attitude of this place is just comforting and pleasant.clean place with porfessionals! My dentist was absolutely amazing! His name was Jason I believe and I truly felt comfortable and happy under his care. Very polite and respectful. I can tell he does an excellent job of taking care of his patients and gives each patient his time and effort. Overall great place!"

"I have had great service from Lux Dental for several years, since I have been taking my child there, but since Dr. Abe and his partner relocated the culture in the office has not been the same and not for any good reason. The staff tries to be nice but my issue is with the Orthodontist who is supposed to be the professional. First, both Dentists told me I did not have to think about braces until my child was 11, since she still had many baby teeth. The orthodontist arrogantly told me, "I am the Orthodontist." I explained my anxiety about it and said I didn't think we needed to rush until then but he was so quick to send the letter to the insurance company to start the process for the braces, infact he told me she should have started a long time ago and that she is late, so I, wanting to trust the professional, hesitantly went along with it. The day of the procedure to install the braces, the place was so packed with many children installing braces, it was a total turn off. They asked me to leave my child and come back in about 4 hours. They called me about 2 1/2 hours later telling me she was done. To my surprise when I got there, because I was close by, she only had the bottom braces done so I questioned why did they only do the bottom?said orthodontist told me he couldn't do the top because she had too many baby teeth. Hello this was our previous conversation. I am trying to get past this already broken trust but it has not been easy. In the initial consult he told my child in my presence that she will be able to change the color on the braces at every maintenance appointment but it seems that too was not true. Or he is choosing not to do it because I vented my frustration. I continue to take her for her maintenance every 2 months but for several months I have to rely on my 10 year old to give me an update on her appointment because this Orthodontist refuses to provide me the parent with any updates. Needless to say our last appointment I was told that her bracket was broken and noone from the office said that to me as her parent they told the minor and no explanation of what that meant. As a parent I have no option but to seek another alternative to fix this issue. Clearly my child should not suffer this Orthodontist need to grow up. Lux Dental needs to bring back the days when the customer service was to die for."
