"Room: OK but, shower splashes out making floor wet. Smells a little musty. Breakfast: Was fine, could do better (pancake machine needs fixing). Front desk: Clerk was nice and friendly. Closing down for renovation. Location: You can walk to the dollar store. Market Basket, Gas station and restaurants nearby."

"Friendly and helpful staff, especially the afternoon front desk gentleman who helped with our room needs. Pool was perfect for pool walking and in water exercises. Poolroom was lovely and warm. One of the most comfortable beds we've slept in. Good quality bedding and towels. Only downside was the breakfast. Premade, prepackaged, reheated. Disappointing."

"Pros: - nice staff - one of the few hotels in the area (when I was looking…) - better priced than some - decent free breakfast!! Cons - dirty rooms - stains on floor, could use some tlc. - not well-stocked…. One decaf and one regular coffee pod, no pen or paper. - WAAAAY too much $$ for what you get. $170 in total for a night I’d expect a bit nicer. Would I stay again? No."

"The only great thing about this place was the pancake conveyor belt machine during breakfast. The worst thing was a tie between Ron the managers attitude and the cleanliness of the rooms. They gave me the wrong room and when asked to fix it I was met with an attitude. I was given the option of refunding my card and vacating me out, with the lovely sentiment of “I can have a nice day.” If he had maybe shown some empathy, explained that he had no rooms or had even apologized, (he told me he had no rooms after I asked him when he could fix it) I may have been more understanding. But the rudeness was more than I could take. When I first approached him he had already started to help the 2 women behind me and he just threw his hand up and yelled “I’ll deal with you after!” Like I was a toddler, I said excuse me, and he repeated it again. One of the women he was assisting turned to me and told me to be careful, that he had just yelled at her for yawning. This is at 10pm with my two teenage daughters. You need to find someone with better customer service skills to represent your company. I recorded our conversation, he was unaware, and will be forwarding it to your main office. I also documented pictures of the rooms. Other than the linens being swapped, nothing is wiped down, spot cleaned or vacuumed. There was a dirty tissue next to the bed, stains and crusty smears of something on the curtains and the couches, hair on the floors in the bathroom and furniture. The cleaning staff were very pleasant but need to be retrained in cleaning practices. I will never stay at this site again, I was truly appalled at how I was treated by Ron."

"Very happy with our stay. Really good service at the front desk. Rooms were clean, comfy and it was quiet. Good choices for breakfast and coffee is always available. About 10 mins drive from Hampton Beach."
