"They were OK at first with no idea who I was as a new client without at least a kind greeting (not many love the dentist). My first appointment was great as far as my tech was but meeting the (owner aka awful) yelled at me for prior dental issues that I clearly didn’t choose as a child but sorry! You were booked months out because you were on vacay! And when I was left with no recovery from the parents I nanny for, you chose to charge me not only $50 but $58+139 for no reason! I’ll pay to NEVER deal with not only the lazy of your front but the absolute ignorance of chair side and customer care!"

"Dr. Di Paolo and his team are the best! I started going there last year when I began to have a sore tooth which lead to a root canal. Dr Di Paolo referred me to a specialist who does root canals and he was great. Just recently my cap popped off from my root canal and broke. When I went in, he said he had never seen that before, ordered me a new cap and it didn't cost me anything! This practice is fantastic. Would give them a 10 star if I could!"
