Bertucci's Italian Restaurant 414 Washington Street, Holliston, MA 01746

"Bertuccis has always been a special place to go; a treat for a nice night out with good food, a great atmosphere and prices that didn't break the bank. The atmosphere and food are about the same. One meal, including one appetizer and dessert, one non alcoholic drink... shouldn't cost over $50. This is not a 5 star restaurant, but they have jacked their prices so whether you're getting salmon or macaroni, you're not paying less than $20 for one person, and that's just the plate. When you add in the normal staples for a night out to eat, it gets expensive quickly. Yes, you can save a few dollars if you can get there during your lunch hours. Not much, but a few. I still eat there once in a while (even though the cost is too high for what you get) because it still tastes great and that taste is hard to resist. Although, the rolls no longer match the hype for me. Buttering up a hot roll at the table was something to look forward to at some point in the past. Now, I say "No thank you" when they're offered."

"15 minutes for a server to greet us, 25 min until we got our drinks. Pizza didn’t come out with dinner and then we watched the pizza sit on the counter for at least 8 minutes. We got it and it was warm. Server told us it was being cut when he gave us a chicken Parm. Manager discounted tables around us because of poor service and timing and didn’t even bother to check in with us at all. $70 on this experience… Not worth it, and I’ll never be back again."

"The food was great! Our server was Erika and she was amazing! My friend told her she had an allergy to onions and she went over and above to make sure there was no exposure to onion. She was also very fun and efficient. Overall it was an excellent dining experience!"

"The service was excellent, Petra waited on us and made sure everything was on point. Our drinks were great, the starters were delicious. The meatballs were tasty, the mozzarella was yummy, and the wings needed a little color but were also quite good. The pizza which is what I often review was good but not the best I’ve ever had. The crust was definitely one of the best parts, definitely made in-house and the sauce was also delectable. I must say the toppings weren’t exactly packed with flavor. I had a large supreme with a little bit of everything but somehow there wasn’t much flavor there and that disappointed me. Nothing really stood out to me besides the cheese which I did in fact enjoy. Overall I give it a 6.76 our of 10."
